Thought Experiment Apricot is our next release in a series of sustainable fruited beers. By "sustainable", we mean brewed with second-use fruit. It meshes great fruit flavor with aged saison (you can still taste the Table Beer) and culminates in a seltzer-like, low ABV beverage with champagne-like effervescence.Â

The fruit came from our last Eternal Return Apricot release, giving this unfiltered beer its lightly jammy apricot flavor. Don't freak out if you find some in your glass; it's part of the fun. We love these beers so much that we decided to release a Peach version also. You're welcome.
