Select Simcoe hops lend big grapefruit and soft stone fruit notes with hints of pine.Ā A special variety of Chico yeast (regarded as the West Coast beer yeast, popularized by Sierra Nevada) imparts a stable hop haze without eclipsing the beer's flavor.
Simcoe is unique in that it's well-suited to receive the single-hop treatment, yet dynamic enough to flex to both West Coast and East Coast IPA styles. It's a component in each of the hop blends in ourĀ flagship NEIPA andĀ West Coast IPA.
